ALL SET FOR THE ITALIAN TOUR OF ACETO BALSAMICO DI MODENA IGP
CINEMA, WINE AND MOTORS, WITH THE TASTE OF MODENA'S BLACK GOLD
For the whole of December, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena will accompany excellent Made in Italy products - cinema, wine and motors - in a series of events which will unite the land with the unique flavour of the black gold from Modena.
It all begins in Sorrento from 1st to 4th December, when the Consorzio Tutela Aceto Balsamico will play a starring role in the 37th edition of the Giornate professionali di Cinema, one of the Italian film industry's main events: a meeting point between "cinema demand and supply", but also a festival, where specialised industry sections are flanked by wider cultural and entertainment events. Balsamic Vinegar of Modena will help to embellish the glamour side of things: it will be present throughout the gathering in the VIP and press area, as "king" of the inaugural aperitifs on 1st December, and lending its special touch to lunch on the 2nd and the Winners' Toast on 3rd December.
Meanwhile, for the whole of December it will be Florence's turn, with a series of events in collaboration with the Chianti Classico Consortium. Promotions, tastings, sales events and cooking shows in exclusive venues such as the Enoteca Gallo Nero, headquarters of Chianti Classico in the Mercato Centrale at the heart of the Tuscan capital and a temple to excellence; the House of Chianti Classico in Radda - much more than a wine bar, set in a former convent; and finally the Ristorante Crystal Lounge Gallo Nero in Florence's Artemio Franchi stadium, which was inaugurated in September.
Finally, from 6th to 14th December, the Consorzio Tutela Aceto Balsamico returns "home" for the 39th edition of the Motorshow, with tastings and samples in the Via Emilia and Terre dei Motori pavilion. With 450,000 visitors in 2012, including 1272 international journalists, photographers and reporters, the Motorshow is an extraordinary showcase for the promotion of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. A chance to show its many fans that Modena is more than just Ferrari and Maserati, it's also the birthplace of an ancient, unique and inimitable product, exported to 120 countries worldwide.
